The brain is responsible for everything we do in our daily lives.
For every task we complete – whether it is socialising with friends, leading a project at work, or walking to the store – we utilise a range of cognitive functions, the brain processes that are essential for all our activities.
Each cognitive function has a specific role, and depending on the activity we are engaged in, different cognitive functions collaborate to perform the task.
I have been looking to add a neuroplasticity programme to our practice for years now. I am very grateful to have found the Arrowsmith Program. Since the programme works on cognitive function, it has indirectly assisted many of our clients in their own therapy, make connections, and in turn meaningful change.
