Additionally, Sylvia prepares and distributes various forms of correspondence, including emails, letters, and documents. She handles incoming phone calls and manages the business work phone as necessary, while also providing information and assistance to prospective and current clients. Sylvia documents and distributes notes from weekly team meetings, ensuring smooth communication and organisation within the team.
